A) Application calendar and selection results for 2016-2018 cohort

Applications are assessed after one of the three following deadlines:

 B) Step by step application procedure

To create an account in the application system, you need to fill out all mandatory fields and also provide a scanned version of the documents listed in the following application form.

  • Create an account
  • Activate your account by clicking on the link in the activation email you will receive
  • Sign in with the user-name and password that you received by email
  • Fill out all parts of the application form and upload the necessary attachments
  • Submit your application (check and send your data)

To confirm your application, make sure you have received a confirmation by email.

While registering please check if:

  • you have the correct school years assigned to your account (2016-2018)
  • you have chosen the correct applicant category (Student Applicant)

NB: Applicants from previous years who would like to apply again, please visit this web-page and follow the instructions.

Fill out the complete application form and do not forget to attach all mandatory documents.

Important notice: If you are unable to provide one or several mandatory documents on time, you may still submit your application before the deadline and provide the missing documents later on before an extended deadline that the recruitment team will give you. C) Results of the selection:

  • You are selected: you will be individually informed of your selection by email right after the Selection Committees.
  • You are not selected: you do not meet Europubhealth eligibility criteria. You will be able to check online if your ID application number is on the list of non-selected candidates or you will be informed individually by email depending on selection committee deadlines.

Appeal procedure:

In case of non-selection and if a candidate has grounds to believe that his/her application file submitted with all mandatory official administrative requirements has not been processed through the selection procedure, he/she may engage an appeal procedure by writing a complaint letter to the Master Europubhealth Coordinator. This complaint letter needs to be sent by email to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , entitled: "APPEAL: Last and first name and application number". The reasons for the appeal must be clearly stated in the email.

A candidate has 15 days after the results of the selection have been publishedon the website to send their appeal and it has to be ONLY on the grounds of defective or unfair procedure by the Master Europubhealth Selection Committee.
